Once your files are back, I'll set up automatic backups, to the cloud, a USB drive or both, so a broken laptop never means losing your files again.

What should I do right now?
Stop using the device. Every new file you save can overwrite the ones you've lost. Then give me a ring.
Can you always get them back?
Not always, and I'll be honest about the chances. If a drive is physically damaged inside, I'll explain your options with a specialist lab before you spend anything.
What does it cost?
Looking is free. If I can recover your files, I'll agree the price with you first. If I can't, you don't pay.
Will you look at my files?
Only as much as I need to check they've come back properly. Your photos and documents are treated in confidence.
