Most smart home problems are really Wi-Fi problems in disguise. Before fitting anything, I check your signal reaches where the gadget's going, and fix it if not. That means fewer drop-outs and less frustration.
I can also help you choose the right kit before you buy, so you don't end up with three apps that refuse to talk to each other. Smart speakers, video calling and reminders can make a real difference for older relatives living on their own.
