Many problems don't need a home visit. With your permission, I connect to your screen, fix the problem while you watch and explain what I did. Works anywhere in the UK.

How it works
Three simple steps

Ring me first
Call or WhatsApp 07734 779429 so I know it's you and can agree a time and price.

Open the app
Download one of the apps below and open it. It will show a short code on screen.

Read me the code
Once you accept, I can see your screen and get to work. Close the app and I'm disconnected.
Download the remote help app
Use Splashtop SOS unless I ask you to use TeamViewer. Nothing is installed permanently, and nobody can connect without a code you give them.
Splashtop SOS (recommended)
My main remote support tool. Open it, read me the 9-digit code, and once you say yes, I can see your screen.
TeamViewer QuickSupport
An alternative if Splashtop isn't suitable. Open it and read me your ID and the password it shows.
Stay safe: only share a code with someone you called
Never read a remote access code to anyone who phoned, emailed or messaged you out of the blue, even if they say they're from your bank, Microsoft, BT or me. I will never contact you unexpectedly asking to connect. If in doubt, hang up and call 07734 779429.

Charged per 30 minutes (£22.50 a go), so a quick job costs a quick price. No hidden extras.

No fix, no fee: if I can't sort it, you don't pay a penny. Card, cash or bank transfer on the day. Invoices for businesses.
